After my husband and I purchased a piece of property in Wasaga Beach, Ontario we proceeded to pour over books of house and floor plans for just the right house to suit our needs. This is a daunting experience when not working with a designer. There are so many decisions to make; the least of them is who will build it?
We were discussing our plans with friends who have lived in Wasaga for some time now. They reccommended we speak with the builder who built their home more than 13 years previously. We immediately contacted Father & Son Construction Company. That same day my husband and I were shown two homes under construction. There were a number of things that immediately impressed us, the quality of the workmanship stood out, the cleanliness of the worksite was impressive and their willingness to work with us to suit our needs was invaluable.
We then met with Pat Bartoletti, who is responsible for the day-to-day running of Father & Son Construction. Pat is a very personable and knowledgeable person and was very instrumental in helping us pin down a design, commence and complete construction within our time frame.
Pat kept us informed and up to date on all the phases of construction, even to the point of photography events for us. Pat was also very accomodating when changes needed to be made and also made very good and sound suggestions.
We highly recommend Father and Son Construction Company to build your quality home.
